Ok, so .. The Mac. Thank you for the comments! I stuck with the MacBook Pro .. I am so glad I did as I realize now taking it back would of been a mistake. I got all the software I needed, downloaded all the little updates and such. I am a happy camper now. Miles of smiles all round.

We went to ikea last night and got me a mini laptop table (called Dave - LOL). It sits on my side of the bed. In love .. Dave is so awesome ;).

Work -- Its hectic. Stressful. I seem to be getting a bit behind with some things and then catching up on other things. I got a nice letter from a patient the other day regarding good customer service. The work makes me happy. I start my NVQ3 soon! Honestly, I am looking forward to getting my teeth in to it.

Argh. Don't you just hate me? I am if anything, especially when it comes to my technology, is indecisive.

I went to a few computer retailers and checked out some PC's all decked with the swish Windows Vista. I can tell you now, I certainly don't like the look of the new Windows software at all. So I perused the computers .. Vaio, HP, Compaq, Dell (which was what my last computer was) and NONE caught my eye. I was actually in there for an hour trying to decide. Then I got a seller come over to me giving all the chat, trying to make his sale. I stood, I listened, I wasn't convinced. I then told him of my dilemma with Minty ... "WHY are you taking the MacBook back? Its the best computer on the market". This is coming from a PC store. I then decided to look some more and then another seller came over giving the chat. I went over the Minty story a second time .. I basically got the same reaction! Am I mad to be returning the MacBook? Certainly looks that way. fate was telling me to stick with the Mac.

Minty is here to stay guys. :).

Ok .. FIVE comments, five!!! In regards to my below posting about my Macbook. Well, I have decided to ditch the Apple and go for something Windows based. It was a hard decision as the MB is so pretty and it makes webpages look pretty, but its just not compatible with much. All my design software and games are Windows based. It wasn't a very well thought out decision on my part and that sucks as I like the Mac. Anyway, tomorrow Minty goes home!

All the reports of the bugs in Vista's system is putting me off purchasing also. Maybe I shouldn't buy a new machine .. NAHHHHHHHHHHH, I want one!!!

Apparently thats what a 'Mac Genius' told me at the Apple store whilst trying to decide IF I should abandon windows and go with the golden Apple. I am an all out technophile. I love the latest gadgetry and the shiny new macbook pro had caught my eye. My Dell laptop is now coming up to its 4th birthday, so I was long overdue for a newer model. I chose Mac ... Now, I am not sure if I have made the right decision. People who have only used windows and then suddenly turn to Mac will understand my confusion. Webpages can't be maximized full screen, I can't right click .. WTF?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to cry. It's 17 inches of pure sleek, sexiness, but I miss my windows ..

I would love to back to the Apple store and slap him with my Mac.

Ask me again in a week. We need to bond, me and my Mac.

I called her Minty.
